Important time change notice:  EPs 18U team will conduct tryouts on Nov 22nd from 9am - 12pm at the EP Activity Center.  This is a change in timing from previous communication.

PRE-TRYOUT CLINICS

 

Dates:    Nov. 6, 13 & 20     Where:  EPHS Activity Center

 

Time:   5^th& 6^th, 9^th & up from 6-7:30 p.m.    7^th & 8^th from 7:30-9 p.m.

We will still take registration materials DAY OF TRYOUTS.

2. Medical Release form
3. EPVA Participation Consent form
4. EPVA Athletic Policy form
5. Volunteer Form

$150 deposit check is needed (made out to EPVA)

Also, need to be with daughter to try on uniforms at registration.
